- We keep a backup copy for 12 months for your peace of mind
- Applies to VHS, VHSC, Betamax, miniDV, DVCAM, Video8, Digital8 and Hi8 only (PAL or NTSC)
- Alternative output formats such as AVI, MOV, PRORES, MXF, etc. can be supplied on request at no extra charge
- USB or hard drive is at extra cost (or we use yours)
- Tape repair service available at additional cost
- Postage is additional cost
