Our Blu-ray and DVD slide shows are special!

Photos to DVD, CD & Bluray

Photo Gallery and Animated Photo Album
Photo Gallery     We create the highest quality Blu-ray and DVD slide shows available from your photos. Each photo is individually and manually processed, reducing mould, mildew, dust, cobwebs, scratches, etc, and performing minor colour correction for faded and over and underexposed images. We can even scan and restore photos as far back at the daguerrotypes of the 1830s.

Our unique photo transfers include:
photo edges cropped
images rotated to correct orientation
dust, mould and mildew reduced
scratches and cobwebs reduced
minor colour restoration
minor over and underexposure correction
your choice of background music
Hollywood Style animated menus and 6 scene selections on DVD
personalised DVD and cover
print resolution copy on CD for printing
all work performed in Australia by dedicated highly skilled technicans

Imagine that you no longer need to flick through your photo albums or worse yet shoeboxes, instead with wonderful memories and fully synchronised background music, you can sit back and enjoy the show. You can even supply your favourite audio CDs - we are fully licensed to add them as background music. So bring in your old photos in bags, boxes or shoeboxes and we can scan your photos for you.

We offer two packages. Our standard package, provides full screen with seemless dissolve transitions between images, whilst our Animated Photo Album adds stunning special effects to turn your television screen into a spectacle.

Each package comes with animated menus and scene selections, themed backgrounds, and even a personalised DVD and cover (with your photo and choice of title). Each package also provides a copy of the individual images on CD that are large enough to print to A4 size as well as large enough to create slideshows for Bluray (current high definition) specifications as well as the generation of high definition after Bluray, whatever that becomes.

We can even add title pages and captions to your slides if desired.

For those of your with Blu-ray players, we can even create Hollywood Style Blu-ray disks so that you can experience a truly high definition experience from your slides and negatives.

All film types supported, including:
Kodachrome
Ektachrome
Fuji
Agfachrome
Ansochrome
3M
35mm, 110, 126 and 127 type slides
35mm, medium and large format negatives
glass plate negatives up to A4 size
digital images from CD, DVD, USB, HDD, smart cards, compact flash, memory cards, etc

BEWARE
Beware of backyard operators offering low prices. These low prices look great until you start to compare the differences.

Firstly the resolution is often very low. We generally scan slides at greater than 2600 x 1700 pixels after cropping the uneven edges (can be enlarged to an A4 print). This means that we provide more than 4 x the resolution of a 1200 x 800 pixel scan (a 1200 x 800 pixel scan equates to about 10cm x 6cm at photographic quality).

Furthermore, many operators only scan the slides using the scanner's inbuilt mould removal and colour correction capability. This is only half the job. The slide then needs to be manually edited in order to get the best out of it. This is where faded colour can be restored further, excessive mould can be further removed, etc to bring out the best of each and every image.

Some of these operators don't output to DVD. Instead they output to VCD. VCD is only capable of less that 1/3 of the colour and less than 1/2 the detail of a DVD. This is not a true DVD Slideshow. In Australia, anyone purchasing a DVD Slideshow and receiving it on VCD would have recourse under Trade Practices Act.

Don't be caught having to have the job redone.
