Would you like to show overseas family or friends your special occasions on DVD or Video? Perhaps you have received a tape from overseas and can't view it? DVD Infinity convert overseas video (eg. NTSC) to Australian standard (PAL) and vice versa. With the highest quality professional equipment and our advanced proprietary techniques(including noise reduction, image enhancement and colour correction), we ensure the best results. All transfers are fully digital and done at full broadcast quality (>500 lines of horizontal resolution). Poorer quality equipment will severely rob your material of colour and detail. We take the guess work out of it. Whilst all DVDs store video using MPEG2 compression, each DVD is formatted to work for one of two mutually incompatible television systems:NTSC or PAL. PAL (720 x 576 pixels and 625 lines) is a higher quality than NTSC (720 x 480 pixels and 525 lines). Whilst most PAL DVD players will play NTSC DVDs, only newer televisions will be able to display them. We normally transfer PAL or SECAM to PAL DVDs and NTSC to NTSC DVDs. This ensures the highest quality on the DVD we create. |
