AGREEMENT |

| 1. | SERVICES | |||
| In return for the payment of the fees specified by DVD Infinity, you are entitled to have DVD Infinity make copies of materials for you, (as you and DVD Infinity agree) on these terms and conditions. | ||||
| 2. | COPYRIGHT | |||

(a)
You warrant that you have the right to have DVD Infinity copy, the
materials which you intend to copy or have DVD Infinity copy ("the
Materials"). (b) If required by DVD Infinity, you must present to DVD Infinity written proof (or such other proof as DVD Infinity may require) of your right to copy or have DVD Infinity copy, the materials. (c) You acknowledge that DVD Infinity may refuse to make copies of the Materials for you, if you do not present satisfactory proof to DVD Infinity that you have the right to have copies made of the Materials or that copyright or any other law may be infringed by the copying of the Materials. (d) DVD Infinity has the right to retain Materials and any copies of Materials which it reasonably believes may infringe copyright or any other law. (e) You indemnify DVD Infinity against any loss, damage and expense which DVD Infinity may incur, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of or in connection with: |

your failure to have the right to make copies of the Materials or have DVD
Infinity make copies of the Materials for you; |

| 3. | DEFAMATION | |||

(a)
You warrant that the materials are not in any respect defamatory of any
person, business or company. |

| 4. | LIABILITY | |||
| DVD Infinity will not be under any liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) however caused, which may arise directly or indirectly from the supply of services or failure to supply services to you, including loss or damage to any Materials provided by you to DVD Infinity. DVD Infinity does not give any warranties in relation to it's services, except those expressly stated in these terms and conditions. However, these terms and conditions do not limit your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth) and similar state or territory legislation ("the Acts"). Where DVD Infinity breaches a condition or warranty implied by the Acts. DVD Infinity' liability for such breach will be limited, re-supply of services (or the cost of re-supply). | ||||
| 5. | PAYMENT | |||
| Payment is either COD or credit card facility. If paying by credit card then the credit card authority must be completed at time of order. In some instance, company cheques or direct deposits may be used. In any case, all orders must be paid prior to release of goods. | ||||
| 6. | DVD PRECAUTIONS | |||
